RPAC
Summary |
|
|
Each Friday, you will
receive your personalized Referencing Patent and Application
Citation Report or "RPAC" that identifies each newly issued
U.S. Utility Patent that explicitly references one or more of your
specific previously issued U.S. Utility Patents.
In addition, the RPAC identifies each newly published but
still PENDING U.S. Utility Patent Application which has been
assigned the U.S. Principal Technology Classification matching
classifications assigned to those U.S. patents and/or published
U.S. pending applications contained in your PatenTrakker™
profile.
The RPAC will be of special interest to inventors and
management alike, in identifying competitors, infringers or
potential licensees of your inventions as well as giving you a
heads-up on the latest pending patents and research in your area(s)
of expertise.
Moreover, in the event you have pending U.S. Utility Patent
Applications, the heads-up on the pending patents, provided by the
RPAC, may alert you and your patent agent or attorney to
co-pending yet un-issued prior art in time for your attorney or
agent to spot an interference or review and amend your claims to
avoid conflicts or omissions in the claims that are otherwise
adequately supported by disclosure in your specification.
And you will know about the references
within hours of the issuance of the patents or the publication of
the new applications as the case may be! |

Note: |
|
|
The RPAC differs
from the CAR in that the RPAC identifies the
newly-issued U.S. UTILITY PATENTS which EXPLICITLY reference your
patents as well as all newly-published USPTO UTILITY PATENT
APPLICATIONS which have been assigned primary classes matching
classes of your patents, while the CAR gives you a heads-up
to the newly-issued U.S. UTILITY PATENTS which have been assigned
primary classes matching classes of the patents contained in your
PatenTrakker™ profile. |
